Join us at the Hydro Bar & Grill on Wednesday evening, October 17, 2018 for a deliciously authentic 1869 dinner, just like Sam Brannan would have eaten right here in Calistoga. We understand Sam and his wife Ann Eliza will be in attendance!

Dinner will include whole-hind 'hanging' beef carved to order, roast pork with spiced plum compote, a medley of fall vegetables, scalloped potatoes, pickled fennel relish and a pound cake dessert topped with brandy-soaked blackberries and whipped cream. Wine included.

 

Doors open at 5:30 for mingling at the full no-host bar which will feature a special Calistoga Punch. Dinner at approximately 6:30. This is sure to be a very special dinner indeed.
